Mr. Wang WeiJie belated 21st birthday celebration
Had lunch at Paris International Seafood Buffet at Marina Square.
Attendees were Neo a.k.a老大, Qi Jian, Guang Ye, Buyi and of cos the birthday boy.
Gossips were inevitable when these people get together.
Buyi and me were glad that never had to do national service~
Phew!
As usual, We did it again!
We had Weijie a.ka. Mr Gentleman served us drinks and helped us peel prawns!
Keke, I know we're 坏人~
The guys took as long as 30 minutes to buy 1 soccer ball

Dug secret from Weijie.
Kns Gy found out something which he shouldn't know.

Next was bowling at Kallang Leisurepark
Gossiped and
nuaed with Buyi while waiting for the lane.
Mel and steff joined us.
The guys played while we
nuaed around.
Birthday boy left in the evening for his god.
My right leg got burnt by bike's exhaust pipe while waiting for Mel & Steff smoke.
Mel and steff went 7-11 to buy chilled mineral water and burnol to dress my wound.
Super touched by their thoughtfulness
At that moment, I thought back of the bits and pieces I had with this friend of mine during secondary school days.
Bygones will be bygones and we will all grow up
Back to it. After that we went Settlers' Cafe @ Clarke Quay

Had dinner @ Yuki Yaki after 45 minutes of waiting *hungry me*
She taught me new way of cooking prawns and forced me cook for her!

Once again, God of Suayness has decided that tian will be the one he/she would target on for the week
1. My april month-end closing was nothing but mess
An average of 12% margin for temp payroll turned out to be 1.68% - Joke of the month
Endless phone calls from accounts questioning this and that
And what worst was I wasn't able to provide the answers to their queries
I've never in my entire life felt so handicapped
Fortunately someone helped me a great deal
And ironically, the person who helped me was someone whom I was not on good terms with previously.
No wonder mummy always tell me : 世界上没有永远的朋友,也没有永远的敌人
2. Me and my never-ending war with the old woman
Pardon me if I get too personal with my remarks
Cos I'm really sick and disgusted about her
She's really driving me up the wall at the same time testing my level of tolerance
The most selfish person I ever came across
Someone who ain't willing to render simple help like informing the other party induction of certain changes.
Someone who ain't willing to share information. (Well I don't know what's with her, perhaps down with the 'I-don't-know' virus)
I wonder does she knows that 28th is our payday ?
Believing that she know nothing is the last thing I would ever do cos if she don't know anything about the speadsheet how would she know that what I sent to her aint correct and how would she on earth call and reprimand me ?
C'mon, logical thinking please !??!
And please don't say things like "
If I don't receive your things 15minutes later I'll proceed on without you"

3. Another bitch added into my blacklist
This fellow fancy calling up my Qing Ai De to complain about me.
Oh I'm sorry, to be exact, She only want to 'let my Qing Ai De know'
Since when my Qing Ai De became her confidate!!??!?
Anyway accusations were as follow :
a. EPs are very important
(Yes, I think I knew better than anyone elses do)
b. I should have took the initiative to keep her inform
(Mind you! I have other things to attend to besides refreshing MOM's EPOL portal every now and then, moreover when the old woman haunted me like ghost the entire week, anyway, I don't think someone like her with low cognitive capacity would ever understand. Most importantly, when majority of the consultants know about the procedures, I don't think what makes it so special that I've to inform her. And I suppose if she really need the information urgently, she should take the initiative to call and follow up after an email cos I'm not employed to sit there the whole day waiting for her mail ).
c. Corporate image
(If MOM is going to take 5 weeks to approve A*****'s LOC applications and less than that to approve K**** S******'s, I really don't see that there is anything I can do. Besides, someone who contributes only 50 cents per month to the community fund shouldn't be bothering about such issue)
Well, I don't know what was her motive behind that phone call but whatever it is it's not going have any terrorising effect on me.
I don't owe her anything.
I remembered someone once told me
你是一个死死都要赢的人I agree to a large extent to this statement.
That was the reason why I prioritise my time the next day to send out an official email to make my stand clear.
Someone asked me : "
You think she'll reply you after reading?"
It was not up to me to decide whether or not she reply me,
and I'm not interested to know if she's going to reply me or not
But I suppose this is the least I can do to justify for myself.
On that very night itself Buyii called and asked what happened in the day.
I guessed it was the sms that I sent to her in the day asking : "Buyii, can I don't work?"
That moment I felt warmed.
It's like you know someone still care.
Though at night I was still bothered with what happened in the day and super don't felt like talking but I poured my sorrows to her
At that point of time, someone who understood and was willing to lend me her listening ears is nothing more than I can ask for.
A friend in need is a friend indeed.
Buyii, you know some things need not be spoken out.

Met up with my cousin for dinner @ Sakae Sushi after work
War has erupted in her house again.
Apparently, her relationship with her mother/my aunt got screwed up all over again
Well, I know it was hard on her.
Imagine your mother invading your privacy ;
Reading every letters of yours, checking your bank statement, getting people to help read your smsS, calling up your ex-boyfriend making nasty remarks etc
I felt sorry for her.
How could the ties, we call it kinship be sour to this extent ?
I thought they always say 'blood is thicker than water' ?
How could the person who bestow you life at the same time ruin your life ?
How could it be that they've come to a stage where they think not communicating is actually the best outcome
I really don't understand...
By the way, my cousin is making her way to Hong Kong to get her degree in Occupational Therapy, tentatively September 2009.
She suggested that I save 15K so that we can both go over together
Very tempting though I've not thought of what to do when I go there

09/05/2008 FridayCommencement of my nightmare - Deadline for data2a spreadsheet.
The old woman dialed 6423 **** like her grandfather's hotline
Checked in to Downtown East chalet after work with Qing Ai De, Nicola, Cherie & Adeline.
That was our 2months worth welfare.
Woohoo
Dinner was Happy Meal @ Macdonalds
The macdonald guy happily forgotten about my toy
*Stares
Next was after-dinner-digestion-walk @ e-Hub.
Nothing special.
We were more interested in the NTUC Fairprice
Did not sleep the entire night.
10/05/2008 SaturdayFor the first time my eyes were opened at 8am on a non-working Saturday
Breakfast was Macdonalds Hotcakes (this is 幸福!)
Watched Art of Devil 2 & played UNO & Old Maid till 3pm.
Eleventh hour shopping at NTUC - Coke is a must !
Collection of bbq food from Daniel at a so-called multistorey carpark
Invoice amount differed from the previous agreed amount.
Called William to get back that $3.50.
Someone said I talked like

Evening was all about BBQ
Other than eating, Qing Ai De n me are servants in disguise.
And mind you! I only ate 1 of the so many prawns and 1 of the so many corns!
Qiuyue, you still owe me my corn !
I love this kind of gathering
My equation goes like this : food + gossips = fun + laughter !
The atmosphere was great until some people especially one whom I really felt like slapping said things like : 'tian ar, it's time u let your 爱人 go, 是你的就是你的, 不是你的留也留不住'
I was like : huh ? Are you guys reading too much into it ?

Anyway, people who stayed over were Qiuyue, Qing Ai De, Nicola, YuGuang and myself.

After lights off, something unpleasant happened.
And practically I think the outcome was preventable
It all required a little compromisation and accomodation and last but not least - tact
When some things are not self controllable , ignorance should be condone
Did she got it mixed up ?
It was peer respect, not fear
Needless to say , another sleepless night

She accompanied me to buy my dream phone - Sony Ericsson w580i Pink edition (♥♥)
Reported to ah ma house in the noon.
Knocked out immediately after I laid down
Dinner was Pizza & KFC
ah ma complained that the food was not up to standard (*soo say)
Didn't I asked them to dine in a restaurant ?
Dialing for food delivery on sucha special occasion like Mothers' day
What kind of food quality can we expect neh ??!?!
Anyway, Happy Mothers' Day! (thou I still owe mummy her mothers' day pressie! )

So pathetic till I gotta stay back and study how the previous spreadsheet were done.
Morale of the story : Make sure your predecessor vomit everything out before he or she leaves the company, if not you're going to get hell days!
